Ottoman-Armenian Kutahya Figural Dish, 18th Century. Size 5 3/4 inches diameter, 1 1/2 inches high. Second half of 18th century shallow footed round form dish, decorated in underglaze white, green, yellow, relief red and outlined in black with a female figure in the centre, between two stylized floral stems, the woman is depicted with one hand one the waist and the other holding a bunch of flowers, wearing a yellow kaftan headdress (turban) to the salwar trousers, decorated with raised ornate design.
